Australia

All deliveries will be shipped by Australia Post Express, within 3 business days of the order being received. Excluding weekends and New South Wales public holidays.  

(Most of the time, we ship the same day or the next day after receiving your order)

Please note that by requesting instructions to leave your parcel at the premises when no one is home,  increases the chances of the parcel being misplaced or going missing.

LTP is therefore  not responsible should the parcel go missing when such requests are made.

Whilst we would like to prevent this from happening, on the rare occasions that it does, we cannot accept responsibility for Australia Post delivery staff and their contractors not following the organisation's own policy.

 

New Zealand

All deliveries will be shipped by Australia Post Pack and Track International, within 3 business days of the order being received. Excluding weekends and Australian public holidays (Specifically in the state of New South Wales).

LTP is therefore  not responsible should the parcel go missing when such requests are made and the "Signature on delivery" option is not applied as a result of the request.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note: 

You may be required to pay Customs Duties and Taxes (GST) when your order arrives. (In most cases, your local post office will require payment of these charges before releasing your goods for pick up)

These charges are imposed by Customs and are the responsibilty of the recipient to pay. Love That Print are not responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes under any circumstances. 

We recommend that you check these charges in advance of making your order, so that you know the full cost of purchasing your goods from Australia.

Please also ensure that your contact details are correct, so that you are sure to be notified by customs or your local Post Office that your order may be held by them and awaiting payment before they release the goods for delivery to you.

Customs or your local Post Office may have a limit as to how long they will hold goods awaiting payment of Duties and Taxes. Typically it's 5 days, however this is just an indication for your convenience.

You will need to check with Customs or your local Post Office directly for the exact holding time.

Faulty Items or wrong item received:

Please see the below section "How to return an item", we will replace the wrong or faulty garment and cover the cost for you to return the items and also cover the cost of sending the correct garments back to you. 

If Rasaleela can't replace the faulty or wrong item(s) (for the correct style, colour, size and print) within 30 days of receiving your returns, due to non availability of stock then we will issue an online Store Credit for the value of the item (must be redeemed within 90 days), or we can issue a refund. 

Exchanges:

We can exchange garments for another size as long as we receive the item back within 21 days of you placing your order. The garments must have their original swing tags attached and be in the same condition as received, not washed or dry cleaned or altered in any way, must not smell of perfume or smoke or show any signs of wear. Please note that for exchanges the customer is responsible for the postage cost back to Rasaleela and that we will also charge you for the cost of shipping the replacemnt garment back to you .

Paying for Return Postage ?

If an item is faulty or is not the garment that you ordered, Rasaleela will pay for the return postage of the faulty or wrong item back to us as well as covering the replacement postage back to you.

When returning an item to exchange for a different size, the customer is responsible for the postage cost back to us and that we will also charge you for the cost of shipping the replacemnt garment back to you .

Refunds:

Refunds can be processed when items are returned within 21 days of your order being placed.

The garments must have their original swing tags attached and be in the same condition as received, not washed or dry cleaned or altered in any way, must not smell of perfume or smoke or show any signs of wear.

Items returned are checked by Rasaleela prior to processing the refund.

(Please note we refund the cost of the garment(s) only, shipping costs are are not refunded) 

Items purchased on Sale:

We will accept returns for exchanges on Sale items over $60.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for Sale Items, only exchanges or online store credits unless the item is faulty.

An online store credit must be redeemed within 90 days of being issued.

Items must be received within 21 days of your order being placed.

How to return an item?

Please complete the Product Return Form (see link further below) as soon as practical and Rasaleela will subsequently issue you with an RMA number for your return.

If you are returning an item that is the wrong size please select option  "Other, please supply details"  and type "Wrong size, request exchange" or "Wrong size, request refund".

Faulty items need to be clearly described within the Product Return Form in order for us to establish what the manufacturing fault is. We will only send the replacement item(s) once we have received and checked the returned item(s).

The Customer then has 21 days to return the item from the date the order was placed. 

It is a good idea to retain proof of posting and applying tracking to the parcel for the items that you are returning. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit whilst they are being sent back to us.

If Rasaleela can't replace the item(s) (same style, colour, size and print) within 30 days of receiving your returns, due to non-availability of stock then we will issue an online Store credit for the value of the item (must be redeemed within 90 days of issue), or we will issue a refund.

The garments must have their original swing tags attached and be in the same condition as received, not washed or dry cleaned or altered in any way, must not smell of perfume or smoke or show any signs of wear.

If you know that you will be returning an item after trying it on, please do not wear it again, as items showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item to exchange, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returning item back to us and for the cost of shipping the exchange garment back to you.
